Profile Description

I have over a decade of experience doing medical, general, and business transcription/scribing. I offer transcription, editing/proofreading, and QA services for both audio and video recordings.

AUDIO/VIDEO (Medical):
- SOAP notes, H&P notes, progress notes, laboratory and procedure notes, therapy/counselor and group notes, letters, requests, and other medical reports from different specialties.
- experience in doing EMR/EHR charting and scheduling
- experience in telemedicine or telehealth transcription/scribing

AUDIO (General/English and Business):
- reviews, interviews, meetings, phone calls, personal notes, interrogations/investigations, lectures, financial earnings calls, conferences, etc.

VIDEO:
- interviews, lectures, webinars, podcasts, YouTube videos, presentations, etc.

Deliverables: Transcripts in clean/intelligent verbatim, full verbatim, time-stamped, and non-verbatim format.

Fast, accurate, and reliable.
Duly honor the HIPAA and NDA agreements provided by clients.
Experience in Indian, US, Australian, and UK English accents.
