I had undergone training in multitasking while using the computer, working with several applications on one screen while assisting a customer via the internet or through the phone. My computer skills include using search engines like Google and Explorer, surfing the internet, MSWord, Clarify, Chrome.
I have excellent English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and spelling and I speak the language fluently. I am articulate which means I can get any message across accurately without any delay.
I can type fairly fast.
I can operate the phone PABX system for dispatching calls to the requested extension numbers.
I do transcription of audio or video clips,
I never get rattled when people are irate and I never lose my temper at work no matter how sorely provoked, but am firm when needed.
I am very professional, polite and punctual.
