Profile Description

I have actually graduated having a different career on mind, and that is on the manufacturing industry, to do laboratory tests on various products and not limited to food only. I am really grateful that I have experienced that on my first two jobs, which are a major Pharmaceutical company and a major company for toothpastes and shampoos. I have received different trainings on both as they do produce different range of products, thus different quality and microbiological tests on both. Aside from the routine test, documentation of said tests has been a part of laboratory work.
Currently, due to scarcity of such jobs locally, I have been introduced to the booming call center industry, and I am nearing my 5 years under this industry. I have enjoyed it thus far, it is very different from what I was accustomed to, but it is a good change of pace. I was a chat support rep for the eBay company, an online marketplace for buying and selling, which for me is very interesting. Then I got promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist for the Qwest Services while under Transcom Worldwide Philippines. It is a position that allows me to do call audits, internal or client calibrations and update training manuals.
My current goal is to keep on going with this, but I would want to have more challenges as I believe I have conquered it already with my past jobs.
