Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 9 years already. I have been a representative for more than 5 years and have been a team leader or supervisor for almost 4 years. Critical thinking, problem solving, detail oriented and analytical thinking are my best asset. I can also handle customer's query as well as complaints. As a supervisor in the BPO industry I am capable of analyzing reports, generating reports and creating reports. I have excellent skills with Microsoft applications. In terms of typing skills I would say I can make 62 words per minute. In terms of speaking and writing in English, I have an excellent rate having to be exposed in talking to different customers
such as Americans and Australians. I can multi-task and I have great time management skills. I also worked as a Virtual assistant lead generation for real estate for more than a year. I also worked with various clients with different administrative tasks for more than 2 years.
