I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 9 years already. I have been a representative for more than 5 years and have been a team leader or supervisor for almost 4 years. such as Americans and Australians. I can multi-task and I have great time management skills. I also worked as a Virtual assistant lead generation for real estate for more than a year. I also worked with various clients with different administrative tasks for more than 2 years.
