Profile Description

I am currently working as a Team Manager in one of the outsourcing companies in the Philippines. During my 1st 6 months in my current role, I received numerous trainings with focus mainly on how to handle people effectively. I am very comfortable in using MS Office applications- Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Currently, I am handling Finance Team which offers both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable support to a well-known company- Johnson & Johnson (Vision Care Division). Part of my daily routines, aside from checking my teams performance, is to have email exchanges with clients & customers. My proficiency in English language, both written & oral, has made me effective in communicating with my direct reports & clients. With the nature of business of our client (J&J Vision Care) I am knowledgeable with contact lens parameters & properties. My college education (BS Physical Therapy) also provides me sufficient background in the fields of medicine.
