Profile Description
I've been working as a technical support here in the Philippines for local company and I've been into isolation of basic hardware (desktop PC) and software (windows) problem of customers as well as emails simultaneously.
Isolation for level 1 software issues
like MySql and Apache,if not working properly and error occurs while it process data,gathering necessary documents for level 2 isolation and providing remedy for the problem while costumers are waiting for level 2 feedback.
While on duty,I've been studying how PHP, Mysql and Apache works as 1 and use it for my further development.
