To enhance my skills as an employee and do my best for my
employer to profit fro
Its always a two way process.
Update!
After SEO, I dived into monetization (CPI,CPA,CPEs.,SOI etc)
and I've been in the business for 11 years!
From managing campaigns, optimizing based on client's
request and helping them boost traffic and engagement. I also get to handle
finance/payroll task and very familiar with services like Tipalti and Wise.
For the past 11 years and counting, I've been immersed in
the dynamic world of ad-tech. Starting again as a virtual assistant, I quickly
grew into my current position as a Customer Success Manager.
In this role, my focus is
on nurturing client relationships and driving success. My responsibilities
include:
- Maintaining close contact
with clients and business partners, ensuring their needs are met and
expectations are exceeded.
-Monitoring, managing, and
optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve their full potential.
-Analyzing campaign
performance and providing strategic suggestions to help clients scale and
maximize their return on advertising spend (ROAS).
-Leading a cross-functional
team of more than 10 people in the Philippines, acting as the main
representative for our team.
I also gained experience with teaching English as a second
language. I handled multiple students with different age range from different
walks of life. Learning a second language myself (Korean) I understand the
difficulty of trying to express yourself in the language you have 0 knowledge
about. It can be very overwhelming. While following the usual "Learn by
the book" can be very helpful, in time I learned that there is no
"default" or "standard" way in teaching a student. The best
way to teach them effectively is get to know them, what are the things that
help them motivate, their weaknesses and strengths and use it to improve their
learning skills.
I still do SEO from time to time but I have to admit, SEO is
not the same 10-15 years ago, I might say I have a lot of things to catch up
on. But I think what makes me a stand out is that I am a sponge, feed me
something.. and Ill absorb it quickly.
My career demonstrates a high degree of versatility and
adaptability. I've successfully navigated shifts from a supportive role to a
leadership position and from one industry to another. This proves I don't just
"do a job"; I quickly learn the nuances of a new role, absorb the
necessary knowledge, and apply it to deliver results. This ability to be a
"sponge" for new skills is a significant asset in any dynamic work
environment.
