Having worked in the BPO industry for almst
years, i would definitely say that i have a very good oral communication skills. I have dealt with customers over the phone which are mostly americans and conversation was not a challenge though. I m very effective as well in multitasking even under pressure. It's a must to work quick and effeciently at the same time in call center industyr which i believe i have acuired in the 2 years that i've been in he BPO industry. I am also very good in article writing and research mostly on science related. I can work with less supervison but with integrity . I m also keen to details and make sure i always meet the deadlines. Mediocrity is not my things. i make it a poitn that in everyhting , i always excel and do my best.
