I am a graduate of BS Biology and I can say that I am fully equipped with knowledge and skills in research and science related stuffs. I can also work with less supervision but with integrity and efficiency in all things. I have worked in the BPO industry for close to 2 years now and I am proud to mention that it really enhanced my english communication skills which I strongly believe is one of the effective tools towards success. I am also good in multitasking and time management since i have been trained in call centers to do a lot of things at a time especially in handling customer's multiple concerns.
