I used to work as Administrative Assistant in a high and a respective company based here in the Philippines, with regards to to my work experiences I gained a lot of knowledge and more experiences to any types of fields of work. I used to perform and to be responsible enough in my work is my primary concern. It can be work through my hard work, loyalty and being on time and aiming for good job opportunities to which my qualifications serves best into your company.
I am also an Inventory Controller and Document Controller with my present work now, I have knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft access, I used to monitors integrity both system and actual Inventory, facilitates incoming and outgoing shipments, encode transaction from incoming shipments coordinates with shipper & clients,
issue documents for stocks pulled-out to be used as trade samples, promotional,
I used to determine any variances existing within the current inventory, trace origin of transaction that causes discrepancy, identify errors on particular transactions; analyses and provide possible solution of adjustments to the matter on hand, conduct daily, monthly, mid-year and annual inventory and provide details for daily reports and monthly reports.
