i handle technical account with my first 4 year. i am a CSAT generator, so i must say that i am good in customer service.i can explain top down billing.As per sales, with my previous company we are required to generate 3 days per day, and with that experienced, i learn how to do re-battles and on how to convinced customers by learning their needs and providing them the benefits of what i am selling.
