I am proficient in oral and written English, having been an ESL trainer for close to three years in a BPO company. I have extensive background in organizational development training and Training Needs Analysis. My degree has also afforded me ample experience in guidance and counseling.
I write for my company's e-zine and find blogging an excellent outlet for my creativity.
I am highly skilled in Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Visio.
I am proactive, and though I highly value thinking out of the box, I also deem it important to think WITHIN the box, since, more often than not, there are limitations to what we must and must not do.
