I work as a Technical Support Representative for two different companies now.FIrst lasted for almost 2 years.I handle ISP account in US.I provide service to clients such as providing accurate information on the status of their account, do troubleshoot internet connectivity issue by verifying issue with CPE or with the network. We mainly focus on assuring that all customers experience high Quality of Service and resolution on any said issue.No I/m currently employed for more than 3 years with my second job. Account I handle was a NETGEAR. We focus here with the router/modem troubleshooting. We handle all networking device here such are router, modem , switch , wireless adapters, wireless repeaters and access points , storage device and other device that can be use at home for networking. We also educate customer on basic computer troubleshooting thus making sure that customer issue is fixed on the first instance of call.
