In the NCO Group, our client was Credit One, a fast growing credit card company in the U.S. We cater to all their customer's account and billing inquiries. For West Contact Services,we catered to all inquiries(billing,acct. maintenance,tech support) made by Cricket Mobile customers. I also worked as a U.K. Directory assistance agent for kgb Philippines. in kgb, we search directory listings
and upsell services offered by some of the business listings that customers requested. The most recent company I worked for was Global Payments, a leading global payment processing company. In Global Payments, I served as a Chargeback Gate Representative. I answer all inquiries from merchants regarding their Chargeback cases.
I have excellent online fact finding skills that I have developed from working with these various companies. I also have basic knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I have excellent customer service skills and I can work efficiently even without constant supervision.
If I will rate my command of the English language from 1-10, my verbal and writing skills would be a 9. I can work part-time or full- time and I am flexible with working schedules.
