Profile Description

I have worked as an Enlisted Personnel for 4 years in the Philippines Navy. I was an executive assistant to high ranking military officials. This makes me a valuable asset to any company/employer I work for. For the past 9 years, I am involved in the Call Center industry. This taught me a lot of skills that I can share with future employers. I was a retention agent for Experian, technical support representative for an American ISP with Accenture, account manager for Juniper Networks clients, and currently, a Correspondence Processor for an American bank. I'm proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and can work in a SaaS environment. I am familiar with CRM applications and can multitask in a fast paced environment. I can work alone or in a team environment as I did with the past industries I have worked in. I am fluent in oral and written English.
