Profile Description

I am computer savvy. I took up a short course on computer technology. I can do software and hardware. I am a fast learner, I make sure to finish my work ahead of time. I was a tech support for 2 yrs. and 8 mos for Toshiba laptops. We receive calls from customers who are having problems with the operation of the computer and we walk them through the process in resolving their issue over the phone. Almost always issues can be resolve over the phone, we do troubleshooting and diagnostics. If we determined the issue is no longer software, we refer customers to our repair depot. I am a team player, i can work with minimum supervision.
