Profile Description

I have been working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) since 2013 and I've gained experience in creating and posting content to blogs and different social media media platforms. As a Digital Marketing VA, I've created and managed several online marketing campaigns for my employers and their clients. I have very strong online research and database management skills and is knowledgeable in Facebook Advertising, Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter Campaign management, Google AdWords and video editing.
I was a Customer Service Representative and Team Leader for a total of 9 years prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant and this has allowed me to have excellent customer service skills. I have an excellent command of the English language, which greatly helps me with customer/client interactions whether it be via email, chat or by phone. As a former Team Leader for the BPO Industry, I am also used to doing a lot of reports, which has allowed me to hone my writing skills. I am highly skilled in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
