Profile Description

I am new to this industry and i am not really aware of what is best to fit my profile. I am a nursing graduate but I am currently a full-time customer service representative in a BPO industry. I have been in the BPO industry since August of 2011 so communicating with offshore clients would not be a hassle specially Americans. I can express myself professionally in terms of the English language. I am hardworking, reliable and
willing to learn for the sake of the business.
I am also medically inclined due to my finish profession so if ever the work would require some understanding in healthcare information I would be able to understand them and I could always do researches for new innovation in regard to the medical field. My typing skills is fair, at least 25-35 words per minute. Vocabulary and Comprehension is average. I also like reading books, more on fictional type and can finish at least one book a day if time permits me. The book may consist of 300-500 pages and I can make a summary out it at least within the day. I can do oral or a written summary for it. i am independent and loyal to my employer, I am willing to stay as long as I am needed for the business
