I have done article writing during the course of my education both as actual projects or simply spur of the moment writing.
MS OFFICE application is the medium that I am very much comfortable with as well as using the internet. BROWSING, GAMING, UPDATES, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, etc.
In my line of work in the past up to the current, I am required to employ efficient multitasking such as talking with the customer while recording the interaction and using the tools for solving the customers concern altogether making sure that it is within acceptable time limitations.
I was able to do transcription work in between jobs before. Though it was only temporary, I was able to get the essence of doing transcription work using varied technique, technology, and styles of transcribing while working with different types of files may it be audio, video, or a combination of both.
What gives me an edge is my natural drive to learn things. Using available technology such as the internet, I was able to self-teach on various areas of interest following simple basic instructions. With this ability, my potential is limitless.
