I can do basic data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
I can handle calls, whether inbound or outbound and am not afraid to talk to people.
Being in a call center industry has immersed me with people from all walks of life so dealing with people is not going to be a big problem.
I would love to write articles about topics that interest me backed with a few researched facts.
So research and writing are not a problem.
If there is a Human Resource position, I would prefer such offer.
Though I may not have the documents to prove it as of the moment, but I am confident that I can handle people.
Given my background in Nursing, I am not worried about taking "care" of people wholistically.
I am also keen on work ethics and during my time handling employees, I always made it a point to keep a 2-way communication line open with my personnel.
I always believe in the quote, " A Happy Worker, Works Harder."
I am most interested in learning along the way to better my knowledge and skills.
I do not mind working long hours at times or flexible hours when the job calls for it as long as proper compensation is provided.
I am hardworking, honest, loyal and dedicated, determined, willing to learn, and am
not afraid to communicate and receive feedback.
