I am a computer literate with background knowledge on software applications such as Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint. I can type at least 40 words per minute and proficient in using the internet and email. I can install different high-rated and safe programs such as anti-viruses, anti-spyware, Yahoo Messenger, Skype and many others. I can assist in the maintenance of desktop and laptop units using the most reliable information existing mostly in manufacturer's sites. In addition, troubleshooting diverse problems to desktops or laptops and giving long term solutions is one of the skills I have.
By reading news, books or browsing the internet I always urge myself on learning and updating new knowledge most especially in computer advances. I am a hardworking person willing to be trained and molded to be productive.
