Being a call center agent for
almost 4 years and a virtual assistant for almost 3 years, I can say that I am good in verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal communications, time management, responsibility, resourcefulness, determination, patience, customer service skills, and quick learning skills. I am of course very knowledgeable in using word, excel, power point, adobe, corel, etc. Furthermore, I have high tolerance for stress and can accommodate multiple demands for commitment of time and energy.
