* I am open minded and with good communication skills. I know how to set rapport with our employee whenever they have complain about payroll and that will make them calm than being wild because I was able to explain well as why such problems happened.
*I am organized. I make sure to have a to-do-list as much as possible like plotting the documents from the most important to less important and set priorities when it comes to decision making of workloads with the team.
*As an HR Officer, you are most likely the in charge to problem solving when the manager is not around. I was able to practice my role well during my time. One assistant will give me a heads up about such problem and then will set a meeting with the team. Plot the problem and we will talk as much as possible the possible answer to specific problem and then anticipate the reaction or another that may occur before finalizing so we can solve it harmoniously.
