I started working in a call center as an Inbound Sales representative and a Dispatcher. We set and follow up appointments for our technicians. I was also trained as a Technical Support Representative. Our task was to assist our valued customers with their TV, internet connection, email, and VOIP issues. I was also trained as a Billing Representative and then worked my way up as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Our Primary task is to listen and evaluate agents' calls and identify the Strengths and Opportunities. After I resigned last November, I started working in an online website doing web research, data entry, and some administrative tasks. I am now looking for another home-based job. I am well versed with various Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PDF, and Spreadsheet.
