Profile Description

I am a technical person ever since. I love to work with may hands.
My first Job was a teacher for a technical school (ERDA Technical and
Vocational
Secondary School). I worked there for a year. I taught student subjects like Clothing, Cooking, Handicrafts, Basic computer troubleshooting.
As a part time I work as an English tutor for Filipino, Korean, Arab and other foreigners for
2 years while teaching in ERDA Tech. There are student whom i tutored for Math and Science subject. I taught student as young as 6 years and as old as 35 years.
As a teacher, I am pretty familiar with using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
As a hobby, I do a little designing using Google Sketchup. I most like doing house and furniture designs.
I am currently working at Teletech as a Technical Support Representative. I troubleshoot for internet connection, email, mobile and home phone.
Though the title is TSR, in our account (iiNet Limited). We do billing queries as well such billing explanation, disputes and credits. We also handle TIO complaint as TIO Manager.
Individual or Group I'm pretty flexible.
I do my job with 100% service level and reliability.
Lastly, I am trainable and fast learner.
