As per experience, I go to different real estate sites and look for Houses that are being sell by the owners. When a property in the add fits our criteria we get their contact details and send an email. Or use a contact form providing my email address so when they replied, I am able to get their email address and to find out if they are interested. For buyers, the best way we can do is through visiting Craigslist. We can see buyers there and post listings at the same time. Aside from that, we need to a daily postings on various real estate sites and Classified Ads sites. Facebook and Twitter posting or sharing of properties are also the best way to attract clients. I also experience various email researching job of a business company. Aside from that, I gather email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, contact name of a business company on different Industry.
