I have a wide experience in the BPO or Business Process Outsourcing companies since I've been to one that sepcializes on content creation, delivery and enhancement. My current company is a giant went it comes to providing legal. academic and scientific solutions. My past and current work experience as a content analyst has honed my skills in enhancing content that is converted from electronic or hard copy resources in to XML then enhanced by linking the case cites on the document. Correcting conversion errors by looking at the original copy. Proof reading the XML document for any obvious errors. I have experience in handling XML tagging since the links created are of XML markup tags that are customize for each type of document converted. Also in this work experience have a set of skills in doing legal research thru the company website, goevernment website (U.S. federal and state governments) and also company approved websites in resolving reference errors (case cite errors, etc.). Also I have skills in using MS Office applications as well. I can work on teams or as an individual. Self driven, willing and able to learn new things. I have knowledge in Computer Programming although not a working experience. I have knowledge in C/C++, Java, Visual basic, SQL but only in a beginner stage as my work experience or the current that I'm into is not related to programming. I'm also resourceful and hard worker.
