In my current position, I also conduct training, which has greatly helped improve my communication skills.
Relative to training, I prepare modules and training material, and in so doing, I need to have a very high level of attention to details.
Working with minimum supervision is one of my greatest skills.
As a team lead, I do not micromanage because I want my direct reports to be empowered.
In the same context, I do not want to be micromanaged too, except if there are critical issues to be considered.
