Profile Description

I n my 3 years experience as a senior training officer I've gained a lot of skills in facilitation, teaching, interpersonal and conceptual skills. It also made me proficient in both written and oral communication. Due to my proficiency, I was able to work in Lao PDR as consultant giving technical assistance in one of the major financial institutions in that country.
As a manager for almost 7 years in an NGO/Financial institution, I've gained knowledge and skills in community organizing, banking procedures,sales, marketing, portfolio management, and office and staff management. In terms of computer related skills, I am proficient in using ms office, Photoshop, and have knowledge in web design.
As a hobby, I am maintaining
a travel blog (balance31.blogspot.com) to document places I've been and to promote my country's tourism as well. I also have inclination in photography.
