Profile Description

I have good English communications skills. It was more developed when I worked on a call center as we deal with Americans every shift. I was a Tier 3 Level customer service representative under the Local Executive Resolutions Department and we take managerial and resolve the customer's issue with the best resolution we have. We deal with pacifying customers most of the time and we make sure to respond to their problems without jeopardizing the company's end.
I am also very good in Math - Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Geometry and I am able to teach students on these subjects. I can also use these skills for any data computations required.
I also have 45 words per minute typing rate which I can use in any data entry or typing job available.
During idle times, I do write a lot of write-ups about random things which come up to mind. I also have good English and grammar skills which can be used for any writing job.
I also have basic knowledge in Java and HTML programming as we had several courses using these during my college days.
