Working in a call center industry have allowed me to be flexible in all aspects. May it be dealing with different personalities or be assigned with different job descriptions. I have been assigned as a sales representative for an American internet company. I have been a part of one of the biggest bank in the USA, working as one of the level 2 escalations/security representative. I have also worked as a Marketing Consultant for an American publishing company.
Before being in a call center, I have worked as a team leader (under an agency)
for one of the mall branches for San Miguel Foods Corp (Magnolia Chicken). As a team leader, I was in-charge of my teams' daily time record, provided daily, weekly and monthly inventory of stocks and ensured adequate supply of stocks.
I am good with using MS Office. I know the basics of MS Excel and Adobe Photoshop.
During my free time, I write poems and/or short stories/articles. I also watch movies. And I am also fond of reading books/novels, newspapers and magazines.
