Profile Description

I have above average English communication skills in both written and verbal and been in the BPO or call center industry for 2 years.
I have good selling skills and can provide above satisfactory customer service or assistance.
Also a plus is that I am internet savvy. I have above basic computer skills but I can't say that I am a techi or a pro.
More than these skills that can be learned, people hire me because I am a fast learner and competitive. I am always open for new knowledge and accepts criticisms as challenges. I have a good optimism and self-motivation.
Personality wise, I am not a very humorous person I can ride on jokes. I am not very stiff but I know how to build rapport with my clients that can establish trust.
I can build myself here with outstanding credibility, but trust is something that is not asked,it is something to be earned.
