In my role supporting an Australia-based construction company, I manage project administration, scheduling, client and subcontractor communications, documentation workflows, reporting, invoicing support, and operational processes. I have also led the development of comprehensive operations manuals and standardized procedures that improved efficiency, consistency, and team accountability across projects.
I also serve as a School Administrator and Program Manager, leading accreditation efforts, compliance initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and youth development programs in partnership with government agencies and international donors.
