I have been a Customer, Sales and Technical Support Representative for an Online Shopping; General Interest Magazine (selling and up-selling music and videos that are aired on TV). Satellite Radio, and Auto Parts; and for a Telecommunications Company
(which provides an array of services) Accounts, respectively. For the total of experiences I had in terms of catering clients' needs, addressing their problems and queries, searching for services available to them; made me a person who is attentive to every details, who can work even under pressure, and who is quite a problem solver.
I am a computer savvy, both World Wide Web and Microsoft Applications.
Proficient in English Speaking and Writing.
