Profile Description

I have been doing Recruitment and selection for 3 years now for both Virtual and traditional setup. I am experienced in screening, employee interviewing and recruitment also with other human resource functions like training, employee relations and other administrative jobs. I am proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook. I am familiar with Taleo - Recruiting and Staffing software. I had 2 years experience in Technical Support which equipped me good customer service skills as well as hardware and software troubleshooting skills. I have excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skills. I am adept to multitasking and can work independently.
