Profile Description

I have 8yrs of Training experience that is not only limited to teaching but includes designing and implementing different training modules that also includes Web based and E-learning courses. I also have a few years of outbound and inbound sales call as well as customer service.
Dell International services given me the chance to be part of the pioneer Training and Development team. We provided technical support, customer service and sales. It was very challenging for me because of the technical support area but since I am very eager to learn and I am passionate about the job I was able to excel as a Trainer and I was able to contribute to the success of Dell.
I was fortunate enough to be part of Verizon. We provided directory assistance (411) to mobile users in the united states. I was part Learning and Development that covers training, curriculum writing and document proofing making
sure that it is technically and mechanically accurate. I was able to do site analysis for customer satisfaction and industry standards.
Being able to work with different companies made me the person that I am today. I am driven with passion and motivation and I have the desire to excel in in what I do. My experience and eagerness to learn equipped me with my skill set that I have now.
Honesty and Integrity is very important to me that's why I have strong work ethics and dedication.
