Profile Description

I have more or less 2 years experience working in the call center industry and was assigned under different types of Accounts. I've handled Technical support, customer serviceand Sales account as well. I've been awarded several times as one of the Top sellers before in the previous company I've worked for,since we've been handling Sales at the same time. Also, I've been one of the Agents who has the lowest average handling time which means I have the ability to do multitasking regardless of whatever issue is given to me. I am also an experienced Customer service representative and a sales representative as well. I believe that Iam competitive enough and that I am willing to show all the skills and ability that I have learned from my previous experiences. I have the talent to communicate verbally in straight English and has a good written communication skills.Aside from all these, I had hands on experiences with hardware and software troubleshooting as well as basic networking. I am technically trained for Hardware and software issues,and very well trained with the Microsoft application.I also had a little experience with event organizing as well.
