My background from that job is more on customer service, sales and marketing. i also worked for a BPO industry (AEGIS Peoplesupport) with JP Morgan Chase and Co. account for a year and 3 months. my educational background focuses on writing since i graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications way back 2007. my first job exposure was as a writer in a local paper.
