Hey there, it's Vivian! I help property management businesses take control of their numbers without the stress.

With specialized expertise in AppFolio and Xero, along with a QuickBooks Online, I support property management businesses in managing and streamlining their financial operations.

I ensure accuracy across every transaction - from financial statement reviews and bank reconciliation troubleshooting to recording receipts and preparing owner and tenant reports. I also oversee ledgers, property taxes, and security deposit tracking.

In addition to being an outstanding bookkeeper, I also pride myself on two additional skills, attention to details and communication. As a bookkeeper, meticulous attention to detail is ingrained in my work ethic. It is vital to verify all the information is correct and accurate, so the financials and business picture is clear minimizing the risk of errors and discrepancies. Secondly, I believe communication is the lifeline of the organization that helps it flourish. Communication also ensures all the parties are receiving accurate information to make the best business decisions.

Beyond the numbers, I support client communications and insurance coordination, bringing consistency, attention to detail, and reliability into every aspect of my work.
