Profile Description

I was the iCover principal with Blackcardbooks.com for the past 3 years, an online publishing company wherein I oversee the creation of book cover designs for our clients/authors. I was promoted to handle this position after being a project specialist then a project manager. I was also a Product Specialist for AT&T DSL internet services for the Southeast or 9-state region formerly Bellsouth for more than 8 years with knowledge in advanced troubleshooting internet connections, networking and some computer problems and softwares.
My Expertise together with Professionalism, Problem Solving, Excellent Verbal Communication with the knowledge for Analyzing Information, Reporting and Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills and
