I have been working in a BPO telecommunications company based in United States for a year now. I had also worked as an Assistant Manager in my friend's Coffee shop. I have great skills in multitasking, computer literate, using MS offices, i can speak fluent English. My experience working in a BPO telecommunications company will be a great help to build your business. My goal is to give your company and your clients a good customer experience. I am willing to work full time based on my availability and be paid fairly. I am reliable and I don't have negative issues in regards with my punctuality. I can work with less supervision, I can work self-directed and can figure things out based on the company's policies.
