I have a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education major in English, with a year experience working in an American company. I handled calls mostly from north American clients regarding flight cancellation, rebooking and changes on their reservations. Having said that, I have a near native command of the English language with a passable American accent.
I am also a blogger who maintains quite a few blogs. Although blogging isn't a passion, it certainly is a favourite hobby to practice my writing skill as well.
I'm a fast learner who can work under pressure.
Lastly, I
want to have a long term and stable job with a company that hungers for success, and wants nothing but maintain or even improve stability and productivity.
