Profile Description
I am a licensed nursed. My first job was as a part-time English tutor for 6 months. For over a year I have worked in the Call Center industry as a Customer Service Representative for an American-based company and Technical Support Representative for an Australian-based Internet Service Provider. I was declared agent of the week, I was also awarded as a Star Agent for the month when my call was chosen to compete against other sites for our account including US-based sites and won. I am good at research using the internet and I am knowledgeable with social networking. I know how to navigate my way around MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point. I also have a good command of the English language written and verbal. I am a fast learner and willing to be trained. Currently I may not have any articles posted online but writing has always been a passion ever since and if given the chance I can show you how good I can write.
