Profile Description

I am currently employed as an online real estate assistant and my primary task is to provide property valuations on the property assigned to my listing broker. I also manage the list of leads generated by the different real estate websites. I manage my listing broker's website by making sure the property listings are up to date and the information are accurate. I also post ads in Craigslist, Trulia and Zillow so I also have some background in making flyers for marketing. I have a little knowledge working with Paint.Net, a tool used to edit graphics. Being able to have worked in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry for over almost 10 years allowed me to gain skills and knowledge with MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and PDF. I also have a wide experience in customer service as I also worked as a customer service supervisor in a call center. I can say that I am also good in terms of speaking and writing in English.
