Profile Description

I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for dishnetwork, a US satellite-TV provider, where I handled billing and programming concerns. Attending to real-time subscriber calls improved my ability for quick-thinking in addressing those concerns effectively in the least amount of time.
I've also been a Content Administrator for Hotel Webpages for the online hotel guide and reservation website, www.asiahotels.com. From facility description and photos to updated rates and reservation terms, I managed the overall page content of our partner hotels in south-east Asia. There, I've extensively used programs such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop.
I'm also a musician and have been part of several cover bands performing in bars, hotels and casinos in Manila. I've also been overseas twice(Singapore) as a solo acoustic performer for several years.
