Besides my experience from the BPO industry, I have spent several years of working in my profession and have been involved with as helping physicians in saving lives of patients especially during emergency situations: conduct chemical analyses of blood, urine, (CSF) Cerebrum-spinal fluid and other body fluids; study blood cells and other tissues to determine their relation to various physiological and pathological conditions; perform blood group, type and compatibility tests for transfusions. Dedicated in alleviating human suffering and protecting life and dignity, professionally trained and truly compassionate. I worked to care for all in need of my service whoever they are and wherever they maybe.
Account Manager is one role that I am into now. manage and generate clients for our outsourcing firm and cater outbound/inbound projects and transcriptions.
