During my work in the Quality Assurance team from my past company , I always make sure to make my written descriptions simple but precise. Spoon feed if possible but not spamming. Before I enter any descriptions, I will isolate first the issue so that the contents are always precise.
When it comes to my ability to handle greater quantity of work, if the quantity of work that was given to me is larger than before and different than before, I am able to cope up with it because I always ask questions on how to proceed on the said task and as the days passed, I am able to think of an idea on how to improve and how to finish the said task easily in my own way. That can help me be more productive.
I'm willing to participate in everyday overtime especially when the project is close to deadlines. I don't want to left any task undone except when I needed to (in case of personal emergencies). I can easily be flexible in different teams and different tasks as long as I have the knowledge in where I am placed to. Especially when I already know the way on how to finish tasks correctly and easier.
Communication with fellow team-mates and other office mates here in the studio. So whenever I needed some information I feel comfortable interacting with different people.
I would gladly be open for the suggestions that are given to me for the improvement of oneself. I'll take it as an advantage in order to know what's needed to be learn and to improve more. It'll help me to be more comfortable and to contribute more to the company.
