I was an Admin Executive for a Gold Jewellery in Singapore handling all inquiries of the wholesale and retail outlet. I am reporting directly to the Managing Director. Handles sales reports, inventory reports and other miscellaneous HR and Accounting duties. I was a Retail Sales Supervisor for Kid's Apparels in Singapore. Directly catering to customers and reporting to Sales Excecutive. Preparing the monthly sales report and monthly inventory as well as forecasting targets next 3 months targets. I also worked as an Inbound Customer Service for Convergys, APAC and Teletech. Handles General inquiries such as billings and current promotions. Troubleshooting for cable box and radio satellite equipment. I also handled Retention accounts.
