Profile Description

I am a dynamic and result oriented individual with solid 7 years of experience in technical recruitment for Global and local roles. I have experience working for ASEAN and US recruitment. I am very well exposed to different IT position such as development, infrastructure and technical operations.
I have experienced full cycle recruitment from, sourcing, administering examination,phone screening, face to face interviews and conducting job offers to candidates. 

I am currently working for EY ASEAN Talent Team as a Technical Senior Sourcing Consultant for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia office. I extensively used Linkedin Recruiter as my main job board in talent mapping and sourcing.
I am also experienced on business development or more on client sourcing. I also used LinkedIn in searching for decision makers for fortune500 companies in the US.

Most of my work experiences was focused on talent sourcing for IT candidates. I was previously part of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Team of Kforce Global Solutions who supported several clients in the US.

 I am well versed in paper screening of candidates and review if their skills matches what our clients are looking for. I also communicated with my counterparts regarding the positions that we are handling everyday.

I am a full time office based employee right now but very keen in searching for online work/ from home jobs. I want to be able to take care of my kids and spend more time with them while earning a living. I am residing very far from my current office wherein I need to travel 4 hrs to get to work. I want a work wherein I can still used my skills and expertise and at the same time play my part as a mother to my kids.
