I've done quite a bit of making or implementing policies and procedures in a company that are still in line with the Labor Code of the Philippines. I am highly knowledgable in terms of the basic MS applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint,etc. I can work with less supervision and is very trainable. I can also do multitasking base on my 3 years of experience as a Call Canter Agent which have done a lot of multitasking works. I am confident enough to deal with people of different kinds of personalities and can easily communicate with them. I am open minded and can easily adapt to the many changes that might occur in a certain situation.
